Please note that DeKalb County provides sanitation services for the City of Brookhaven, and they have pretty specific guidelines for these types of pickup. The property owner would be responsible for arranging for the disposal of all debris. The City of Brookhaven will have our Code Compliance department make contact with the owner to ensure they take care of this.
