Description

Raccoon, feral cats inhabiting abandoned building, creating hygienic issues. People feeding cats are trespassing both within this property and adjacent 325 Lafayette Street (Building 4) property to feed cats without capture, neutering, release, increasing kitten population and exacerbating the problem.
