Royal Palm Legal Services is a Nuisance Property.
Property owner has permitted vagrants in the neighborhood to congregate in the alley who routinely utilize narcotics, alcohol, and who defecate in public. This has been ongoing for at least a year. Conversations with the property owner have not been productive.
Compel the property owner to abide by the Junk, Rubbish, and Outdoor Storage ordinance so he will at least move their trash out of site.
