This rear yard is covered in trash and rusted out piled items not been touched in years now being piled along and against our neighboring “fences” as well as rear neighboring fence. we are now having rats and fox problem putting our small pets at risk. 105 and 102 which just filled the largest dumpster you can rent to the top with “junk” from the rear of property causing RATS to scatter and now take shelter in 105s junkyard in rear of house. We are now having repeat run ins w foxes and rats Due to these piles of rusted out dog cages and other random debris PILED/stacked creating Dens for undesirable animals. And continuously being added too at angles in rear yard that can NOT be seen from passers by on the street. This property has 11 occupants..one of which is employed and 3-4 of which are living round the clock in the screen house(a baby included). Between the garbage/junk accruing and the drug/chaos CPS related issues it is becoming an increasingly unpleasant scenario for those of us neighboring properties. Both 102 & 105 have vehicles NOT tagged or in working condition on property. 102s on right of property covered with white tarp is filled to the roof w “trash” while 105 burgundy minivan has no registration or tags since before COVid.
