Description

The issue is that the comment from the city staff includes the description from the original report. So for example:

https://www.seeclickfix.com/issues/1369799-parking-meter-repair

When this was closed it got extra junk in there. The message from 311 seems to be "No Action Taken" however what actually shows up to us is:
