Roseville noise ordinance states no deliveries before 6:30 AM. Trucks frequently deliver to Kroger in the early hours of the night, disturbing neighborhood behind. Often accompanied by backup horns. Rude lady at shipping and receiving laughs when asked if trucks could keep it down so residents can sleep.

Over Thanksgiving weekend, Kroger parked a refrigerated van trailer behind their building. The noisy refrigeration unit was running day and night. I assume this was for refrigerated storage over the Holiday.
They will probably be doing this again at Christmastime, as they do every year.
Please remind them that they do have neighbors. Calling the store got me nowhere.
