all of the houses on this side of the street from blake to southern are disgusting, and appear to be the home of illegal migrant workers. they should be torn down like Harry's liquor store was.

That comment is a.) incredibly rude and b.) not proactive at all. Community issues such as poverty and illegal workers (Do you even have any basis for this judgement?) are problems which can not be addressed by posting a rude comment on a board designed primarily to address public works problems. Get involved.
