Is the lighted directional sign and detour sign that showed up today at the bridge an indication that it is being repaired?

I was just under the bridge in my boat yesterday. There has been NO corrective action taken and the problem is worse. Chunks of concrete are ready to fall off. It could cause serious damage or injury to those passing underneath and it's obvious that it is weakening the bridge because rebar is visible and rusting through. This needs attention.
