Traffic signal not giving green left turn arrow

P. What is the type of signal?
R. Vehicular

P. Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
R. left turn signal from Landmark Dr turning left into Lake Boone isn't giving a green arrow 3 straight lights we only got flashing yellow and no cars could turn due to oncoming traffic this was at 5 PM.

Hi, exactly what was done to resolve the issue? Was the turn signal fixed to properly give a left turn arrow instead of the blinking yellow arrow when cars are lined up to turn left onto Lake Boone Trail?
