Description
I have been COMPLETELY without Internet service since 12/20. Prior to that, my service was out at least from 12/15-12/18. My provider is Astound Broadband (formerly Broadstripe). A tech visited today and said the problem is outside my home and would be submitted to maintenance. The company has not provided any timeline as to when I can expect service to be restored. Please help. Thank you.
