I live in this house, I see the people downstairs live in the basement there is a lock and if there is a fire they have one door to get out. I dont want to get in trouble with the landlord. I know this apartment is not to be rented out and they have been living in this apartment longer than me. I pray someone can tell them about this. The place is always with water. the lady has to clean it all the time and I feel the landlord just wants his rent. I do not want to be in trouble by sending the message. I hope the lady can have time to save her money and get a better place to live. I feel so bad for her because she works alot and is very quiet but me and my wife are worried if there is a fire how is she and her family going to get out and the water she always cleans up. Please help her. This landlord should not be abusing his power to rent a place like this. He always talking bad about her and her family and says he do not care he just wants his money. Please look into this soon. It is not fair to nobody to have to be living this way.
