For the last several weeks the street lights on Van Ness from Market Street up to about Golden Gate have not been working. The only lights are those from the nearby buildings and the traffic control lights. It's very similar to the effect that a power outage has on this gridlock of the neighborhood. I would like for the street lights to be on so that I could see where I'm walking on the sidewalk at night.
