Description
The property at #2 80th Street South has:
1. Several commercial vehicles, one of which has advertising and lettering covering more than 50% of the body of the vehicle. There is another commercial vehicle that never moves and appears to be inoperative.
2. Commercial merchandise sales on the front lawn of the property, with extensive outside display, signage, and a sale tent.
3. There is a disabled vehicle or machinery part stored to the side of the property uncovered but within a fence. It is on the left side of the property as you view from the street.
4. The entire structure of the property is in extremely poor repair and not in keeping with the residential nature of the neighborhood.
5. The fence of the property is in poor repair.
