It is against Ann Arbor city ordinance to park vehicles in the front yard. How is it this new build, including the parking pad, permitted?

It's not a time-sensitive parking issue. It's a zoning/building issue. Once the plan is approved and the concrete is poured, folks are going to park there and should not be ticketed. That plan should have required a zoning variance.
