After seeing this in person it looks as though the support structure has been compromised by a heavy vehicle. We may want to consider the weight of vehicles allowed to use this road. The entire are is cracking around the manhole cover. This looks pretty bad.

This has been repaired....Thank you. But you may want to look at the "Water" manhole cover about 20 feet away it is in the beginning stages of the one you just repaired. I have added a picture for your reference.

Thank you and great job on the repair, but can we take a look at the one near this one (about 20 feet east of the repaired one) which is marked with "Water" on the manhole cover. Please see picture below this is a different issue from the one you repaired.

I walked by this today and it is cracked and sinking around the manhole. Heavy vehicles are definately the cause and there should be restrictions on this road and any other road that has the manholes located out in the street where traffic continues to drive over them.
