My family and I have seen an uptick of the same addicts/homeless individuals acting more and more brazen in our area. If they aren't drinking or doing drugs in public, they are cat calling high school aged girls or saying generally rude @#$% to anyone walking by.

You need to make a police report, If you're in the area often you will probably see them again. Only the police can help you with this.

What's the race of the perpetrators? I'm curious. Usually if the news don't report the race, it's safe to assume that they have dark complexion

There have been a number of Asian bias crimes in Journal Square in the last couple of months. Please do report this to the police so they can get to the bottom of these incidents.

They were both hispanic, one was fair colored the other was dark.

I forwarded this complaint to North District PD so they are aware.
