This complaint is with regard to the actual construction site operating outside of city ordinance hours

This is a construction site they are building a 30 story building and working on it outside of allowable hours

You can call the police to ask for permit to work on the weekends. Inside the structure work is permitted but outdoor work must have a weekend specific permit.

It amazes me how the city will not do anything about this. It has been reported NUMEROUS times and yet the city looks the other way.

My suggestion since the city refuses to do anything that every time the problem happens is to call the JCPD non-emergency number and report it. Their number is (201) 547-5477. I figure if this keep getting called in daily that might get the city to actually do something.
