This was from a neighbor on the SOHU list, "For the last month or so this cat has been coming around. Very friendly and was coming up to me on the porch and crying so I started leaving a food bowl out. I'm not sure if someone s missing this cat, if the cat belongs to someone in the neighborhood, or if someone moved away and left him/her. Can you please send out this picture to see if someone owns the cat. Please also encourage people who have outside cats to put a collar on them. If nobody claims him/her I'm going to find a home for it so it isn't freezing outside all winter.
