说明
The stairway to the Pinellas Trail overpass at Central Avenue and Travelers Way North appears to be cracking and eroding. Additionally, red, green, yellow and blue paint was spilled unto the Pinellas Trail Support Beam & is visible to traffic heading east and west.

UPDATE: The sticker was removed from the sign. I do not believe this is a county owned sign, it looks to be a sign placed by the City of Gulfport to mark the overpass to those traveling the street below. Regardless, sticker was removed.
As for the cracking to the concrete below the handrail, I pushed and pulled on the railing to see if it would move, I could not get it to move. I don’t see a heightened potential for this to be a priority safety risk, it looks worse than it really is. This 2 ½” galvanized railing in this section is connected well with the other railing and it is solid. The screen is tight with no slack. The cracking in the concrete could be filled with a filler and painted to assist most with the aesthetics.
The dripping paint was originally turned into St. Petersburg for their attention (Graffiti Hotline). Since they had not addressed, and when inspecting this, it was recognized the paint drippings are located in a location on the overpass that is not safe for our staff to address. The paint goes down the beam which extends outward and is too high for any equipment we have to reach. This may be the reason too St. Petersburg has not been able to address either. A bucket truck would be the best method to reach this location to cover the paint. The paint is in two locations on the overpass and this is the second time our department has received a complaint for this, just a FYI.
