Six brown greenwaste bags, one heap of pine, one heap of acacia etc. Partly maybe illegal dumping? But also: public works repaving workers? (Too bad about clobbering plants put in by neighbors and city-provided daffodils.) On public property, median between Oakland and Harrison at 29th.
