  I've already contacted the city as well as the police nobody wants to bother doing anything. The vehicle being used is a city vehicle. I don't know how the city can help someone who is just not thinking of the neighborhood.

I don't know how the city can just not thinking of the neighborhood. This is something that was said by Malden Police. Because I constantly complain about the problems in our neighborhood. They want to say I'm unstable. I didn't know protecting your neighborhood was making you an unstable person.

  The city has called me a watchdog. They've also called me unstable because all I want to do is protect my neighborhood. Malden Police have made my neighborhood a safe place but in this scenario they just don't want to deal with someone who is constantly breaking the law.
