Request for Information.
Regarding The "Slide Gate" that controls the flow to the ponds from the creek. Who controls it? It appears that it has a City Lock on it? Currently it is in the open position allowing flow to the Pond. This may be the correct position under normal conditions. Unfortunately this is causing the path to be flooded & at the south end of the pond, serious erosion to the Pond wall structure. I would recommend that a more secure locking mechanism be installed!
A previous 311 request was submitted for inspection of the Pond Structure Erosion.
