Very busy street in the AM, near 2 intersections and Harvey St is narrow in this spot. Although the construction crew has not worked due to cold weather in the last few days, this trailer has not moved and in the mornings so close to Underwood Elementary is creating a worse than usual traffic problem. A car knocked its side mirror off today and it is lying in the street.
