Signs went up that leaf collection would occur late December 2014. Rain prevailed on the scheduled date however the piles of leaves are not creating dams as the substantiAl piles of leaves are blocking the drain lanes on the street. Water has risen at levels where the cars are partially immersed in standing water. Need the city to come by and get these leaves cleaned up. We racked and bagged up over 48 large black bags that were picked up by the city refuge during regular alleyway pickup. Again, need these leaves picked up ASAP.
