Cars and motorcycles spinning donuts in intersection. You can see tire marks all over the intersection. Also, cars constantly speeding down Adeline!!! No marked crosswalk here and there are kids and adults who cross the road regularly. How about placing a stop sign with a marked crosswalk in the intersection, speed bumps, or a roundabout?
