16 months ago I called about the alley running perpendicular between 934 w. 7th st and 935 w. 8th st The pavement condition was bad Now it is worse Nothing has been done My 77 year old mom lives next to the alley and has to cross it to access the trash cans I don't want her to trip and hurt herself

Thank you alerting us about the pavement condition of the alley parallel to Harris Street between 7th St and 8th St. As you stated in your SeeClickFix reports on January 10, 2022 and May 2, 2023, this alley needs repairs. The Public Works Department appreciates and shares your concerns. We are currently performing pavement condition inspection of Citywide streets and alleys to develop a 10-year street and alley improvement program. Additionally, the City is also collecting inventories of utility facilities within the alleys to determine the repair / upgrade options as part of the improvement program. In the meantime, the City maintenance team will continue to repair potholes in an effort to minimize surface roughness. This SeeClickFix will remain open until the alley is repaired.
