Dear Mr Plingus, I believed all those trash belong to these people. They charge other people fee for hauling trash but dump them all over the neighborhood. What the whole video then you'll see these guy living around that corner side of the building.

This corner seriously gets like the same type of mixed household and yard waste garbage dumped in this exact spot on a regular basis. I would not be at all surprised if it's been the same person or people doing this here for years. It would be trivial for the city to bust this person if they really cared.
