this is NOT a duplicate issue. The wall along Broad Street is now in worse shape than ever. Bricks have fallen on the sidewalk in a new area of the wall. The wall along Pickering is also in worse shape and poses hazards to pedestrians using public sidewalk. cones have been there for over a year. Caution tape is hanging from the fence in tatters. there is garbage all over the sidewalks and behind the wall causing rodent issues in the neighborhood.
We have been more than patient with the Owner(s) but they do nothing. Time fir the City to step in and force them to fix their issues.
the Board of Health and Fire Department (fire hazard)representatives should also do a check to see the rotting garbage being dumped, by the owner, in the yard.
