  These vehicles are not abandoned. They are used throughout the day but are constantly parked on the street during evening and weekend hours. Obstructing Medora Rd.

  Understood. The AACO Police investigate parking infractions in the public right of way and therefore this issue was re-assigned. They can make the determination if the vehicles obstruct the roadway or represent a parking infraction for oversized vehicles parked on the public street in a residential area.
