Deskripsyon

Right turn without stopping permitted onto Ivanhoe from Richmond, yet traffic from Richmond turning left onto Ivanhoe DO NOT yield to oncoming traffic. Numerous times have I almost been in an accident in this intersection.

Drivers Northbound on Richmond have a stop sign at that intersection, but a flashing light would probably be a better indicator of the driving behavior required. Folks who live in the area know the drill, but it's a pretty well traveled route and draws many whom who are unfamiliar.
