I try to avoid this area because the asphalt is so bad. I am afraid my car will get damaged.

Reported this as well all that gravel makes it dangerous for anyone riding on two wheels. Someone is going to get hurt sooner than later.

Public improvements related to the adjacent development are still in progress. Pavement repairs will be performed in coordination with the development work. We anticipate their work to be completed this summer and pavement repairs to begin this fall.  We will continue to assess the pavement at this location and determine the need for an accelerated schedule.  Thank you for being so patient.
