I do not think the ban refers to this area. I could be wrong.

This is what the Mayor's office sent via email and voice mail;
"The parking ban includes ..., posted snow emergency routes, and
the odd-numbered side of all other city streets"

Crews are still out and about tonight. Please update the issue if you can to help us direct staff better.

Issue resolved by 5:00. All cars on the odd side of Cold Spring Street were either moved or towed. Thanks
