When will cars be able to make a left turn from JFK to go down the ramp to the circle? It's been many weeks now...when will rhis be resolved?

Probably not until that private property excavation is filled. Someone should bring a lawsuit against that developer.

It looks to me like that left turn is open. You're talking about turning left from the northbound lane, correct?
Btw that accident had nothing to do with that ramp and lane. That was someone who was racing another car, speeding at a ridiculous rate, and lost control of his vehicle and slammed into a pole. There were no other cars in the vicinity at the time.
