Abandoned vehicle. This vehicle has flat tires and broken windows and has not moved in months. It is almost blocking two driveways. When the snow comes it will hamper the street cleaning process and it is an eyesore for the street. It is a gray four door sedan. Possibly a Lincoln. This has been sitting there for months now.
