Description

The house on the corner of Cecil ave. and Millersville Rd. a rather busy intersection with local traffic and school busses are raising chickens on their property. It is not so much of the raising chickens, but within the last 3 months they had many trees break, fall down, and cut back which they keep working on but line up right into the edge of the road causing less visibility and no shoulder. They don't have a fence around their yard and their chickens keep crossing the road. not to make light of the situation, but we keep having close calls with trying not to hit the chickens which would be a mess and not having accidents, and lack of visibility. Please help them get their fallen/tree trimming issues under control so we can have our shoulder back and more visibility and possibly a fence to contain their free roaming chickens.
