Althought the hole was patched some time ago, it has once again disintegrated to teh point where it is a safety hazard and eysore. It needs to be patched again.
There is a pothole in front of our home that has continued to widen and has now become a trench. It is unsightly, noisy when cars hit the trench and dangerous as cars swerve into the opposite lane right at a stop sign/intersection to avoid it. It looks as if it could be a sinkhole and should be investigated/repaired at your earliest opportunity.

Service Request #1186847 has been submitted to the Roads and Drainage Department to repair pothole.
The Roads and Drainage Department is responsible for the repair of potholes.
A service request can be submitted to have the pothole repaired, repairs will occur within 72 hours.
NOTE: Depending on the severity of the pothole and the extent of damage, RAD personnel may deem to classify as a sink-hole or cave-in and proceed accordingly. If the request is made on a Friday or on the weekend - repairs will occur on the next business day. Repairs will not occur during inclement or cold weather.
