Description

The Avon Hill Street roadway is in rough shape. On a bicycle, it's easy to pick up speed approaching 15mph or even the 20mph speed limit. At those speeds though, the road conditions are dangerous.

There is a smooth section of road for parked cars on the left side, but it's not wide enough to ride without being right up against the parked cars (risking dooring). There are also often pedestrians there. I don't think pedestrians should walk in the road, but they do. If the road surface were smooth throughout, there would be plenty of room for the pedestrians and cyclists.
