4 years later and nothing has been done to help with the speeding vehicles in front of Independence Charter School. i’ve seen so many close calls with children in the street and have continued to report this here, with the streets department and with the school itself. They do not use the flashing signal lights or seem to dissuade the speeding in anyway.
