Deskripsyon

Vehicles constantly speed on Lombard from 16th to 18th. There are no signs to regulate speed and Independence Charter School does not have signage to slow down the flow of traffic, Lombard is becoming a raceway and police need to enforce speed limits. Maybe rumble strips in front of ICS?

4 years later and nothing has been done to help with the speeding vehicles in front of Independence Charter School. i’ve seen so many close calls with children in the street and have continued to report this here, with the streets department and with the school itself. They do not use the flashing signal lights or seem to dissuade the speeding in anyway.
