The left turn signal light into Hamden Plaza while going northbound on Dixwell does not work correctly. (I believe.)

When the left turn light becomes green, the red light also stays active. I used to think this was because the other lanes would rely on this and they should not go if the southbound lanes also have a protected left arror. However, the red light stays active even if the two lights for non-turning northbound traffic become green.
