To Whom It May Concern
It is obvious that I am not the only one complaining about these abandoned this is one of 7 cars that have not moved in over a month even though it has a plate, this car has been there for over a month. I am tired of parking at the corner of Tudor and Bond Street and having to walk to Dover street where I live. This has to stop these two business are taking over the streets.
