On the corner of Chapel and York Street, there is a section of very damaged sidewalk. It is a hazard in pleasant weather, and even more so when the gaps fill with ice and snow in the winter.

This issue has been reported before, and "acknowledged" (whatever that means). There may have been a tiny patch of asphalt put down but that quickly deteriorated. The entire section needs to be replaced once spring arrives.
