Dear Mr. Spinelli,

No this is not normal. I've lived on Lander Street behind the Post Office for a few years and it has never been this loud. There are soundproofing solutions like blankets and coverings for commercial equipment. Please have some empathy instead of just simply closing this case. It is awful to live with an omnipresent, constant, very loud, high pitch buzz in the background.

Correct - this is anything but normal. It’s extremely loud noise pollution 24/7 and is easily fixable.

We continue to investigate this issue. There was an issue with the roof top unit on 123 Grand Street which appears to be resolved.

OK. To reiterate, the noise I am citing is 100% coming from the Post Office's rooftop unit.
