Description
The back of the Post Office building is producing an unreasonable amount of noise, 24 hours a day, above normal decibel levels. Possibly from a generator and/or heat & air conditioning systems. The noise is in very close proximity to residential buildings, posing significant health risks.

Dear Mr. Spinelli,
No this is not normal. I've lived on Lander Street behind the Post Office for a few years and it has never been this loud. There are soundproofing solutions like blankets and coverings for commercial equipment. Please have some empathy instead of just simply closing this case. It is awful to live with an omnipresent, constant, very loud, high pitch buzz in the background.
Thanks

F. J. Spinelli,
The Post Office’s antiquated rooftop mechanical equipment continues to churn out noise 24/7 a day, and is louder than it was a month ago. This is affecting quality life and health. Please download and listen to the video below, recorded on Wednesday, 7/26 at 8:20 pm.
