I've reported this on and off for over a year now. I can't figure out why it isn't cleaned. Right in front of the Hampton Circle South complex off Columbus there are two metal water meter covers at the sidewalk and this tag has been there a long time. It doesn't get enough sun for the trees to fade so HELP! Could this be cleaned?
