The person that lives at 15 Lewis st has been building without a permit at his home,Also I have personally seen him stealing wooden beams from the kids park at the end of lewis st and front street if need more information feel free to stop in at any other house on lewis st other than his,we are getting tired of him harrassing everybody else and he is one of the ones breaking the law.....

I just had a nice long talk with our neighbor across the street this morning. We have no problem with him whatsoever - we never had and he knows it. *edited for inappropriate content... and he knows our position on that too.
I am guessing this complaint was brought about in retaliation for something. In any case:
We have permits - call the building department at 946-8046.
and
Chris Ozyck is in charge of the Lewis St park makeover. He allowed me to take the wood (which was headed to the landfill). I'm sure Public Works will put you in touch with him if you are so concerned.
