I almost always get a "mailbox is full" message when I call the hotline. Highly embarrassing to the city and all of the community members who have spent hours promoting its use.

Is there some other number we could call in these situations? Perhaps if the police department gets enough phone calls they'll make it a priority.

946 6316 is the non-emergency number.
I always use that.

I'm getting Clicket reminders about this outstanding problem, but I don't want to close it because I don't see that any public official has acknowledged it or done something to prevent it from recurring. Do I misunderstand?
