Car with license plate 2AS JB7 parked on sidewalk. Also, the owner of this property, NHR, never shoveled this sidewalk, it is a bumpy block of ice.

I have posted and commented on this numerous times. Tickets were supposed to have been issued but the person in the house continues to park on the sidewalk. Frustrating ,inconsiderate and dangerous. And the owner should be cited for not shoveling.
