I live very close to a collection of businesses near Ashby and Telegraph, and at least once a week day it sounds like trash from those local businesses is collected around 6 AM. Today (Monday) it happened at 5:35 AM. This breaks Oakland sound ordinances (as it’s very disruptive sound before 7 AM). Can either the collection schedule be changed or the local businesses be told to change their collection schedule?
