This house has been an issue since last year. The grass has not been cut, there's junk all around the house, and it's now starting to fall apart. This house, along with the 2 vacant homes next to it, are bringing our neighborhood down and bringing trouble as people are breaking into the vacant homes. This has all been reported several times.
